Yes, chocolate sorbet – no milk, no butter, no cream. Just chocolate+ cocoa+ sugar+ water + orange rinds. It is creamy and guilt free (for those who feel guilt i.e.)
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate
2 1/4 cups water
pinch of salt
Combine sugar, cocoa, salt, chocolate, orange zest in a pan and cook till all the chocolate and sugar are dissolved.
Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla and optionally, 2tbsp kahlua.
Freeze overnight and ice cream is ready for breakfast!
