Method:
Mix cocoa with hot water to make a paste. To this add oil and mix well. Add the egg and whisk well to combine. Mix in the vanilla extract. Add jaggery and mix till well combined.
Add the dry ingredients (wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda) and mix well. Add walnuts and dark chocolate chips. Transfer to a cake tin and bake for 30-40 min at 180C.
Note: The batter will be almost like a cookie dough.
