Method

Roll chapathis

Layer one over the other with oil and dry flour

Make some 4-5 layers

Roll them into a log.

Slice the log and make parottas with each disk.

Method

Tortilla: Make a dough with flour (I used wheat/aata) + salt + baking powder+ oil+ water

Make the filling with bean+corn+onions+ tomatoes+ spices

Make a salsa with diced tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, finely chopped cilantro.

Grill capsicum and onions (optional)

Make tortillas, then add the filling, the salsa and the grilled veggies. Wrap and then crisp up again on the tava, slice  and serve hot.
