100 gm butter

100 gm flour

2 eggs

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp milk

Fruit layer:

Fresh  strawberries, sugar (white or brown), butter

Make the cake batter.

Grease the cake tin.

Line the base with sliced strawberries, sprinkle sugar.

Pour the cake batter, bake at 180C for 30-40min.

Remove from the tin while warm and then add the strawberry glaze.
